What is ProStart?
ProStart is a two-year, industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students. The program reaches approximately 800 students in South Dakota and is growing every year. ProStart students finish the program ready to join the workforce and make an immediate impact in restaurants and foodservice. Learn more about the program here.
What is ProStart Weekend?
ProStart Weekend is a fundraising event to help support the ProStart program in South Dakota. Our restaurant host, WR Hospitality, has graciously offered their many amazing restaurants as hosts for the 2023 ProStart Weekend.
To participate simply go to one of the participating restaurants below on March 2 - 5 and donate $10 or more and you will receive a voucher for $10 off a $50 purchase on your next visit to any of the participating restaurants.
(One voucher per individual donation and while supplies last)
You can also donate below during ProStart Weekend and we will provide a coupon to use at a participating restaurant!
