Pre-Employment Testing: don't just "hope for the best" when hiring. A pre-employment testing program can take out the guesswork, and help you hire a quality workforce. SDRA endorses an employee testing program called the PASS III Pre-Employment Survey. The test is quick and easy for prospective employees, then you or a supervisor can do instant scoring and analysis on the spot.

Gift Cards: SDRA offers a gift card program for retailers of all sizes. For the small to mid-size merchants, SDRA has an easy-to-understand upfront all-inclusive program. Merchants purchase preprinted cards with their business name printed on the cards, and pay a low, flat monthly fee. This means merchants know exactly what their costs will be - there are no hidden costs. These cards also come with a complete merchandising package, plus card holders. Larger merchants - those who want to order 1,000 cards or more - have the flexibility to create their own custom cards and merchandising, but still pay only a flat monthly fee rather than a transaction fee. Most merchants are able to use their existing credit card terminals to process gift cards.

Gift Certificates: South Dakota state law requires businesses to remit money from unredeemed gift certificates to the state. We have designed a gift certificate which makes it clear to the purchaser that, if the certificate is not used within a specific period of time, the money reverts back to the retailer.
