Online access to account:
You can access your Element Payment Services bankcard account online. Element’s Core Reporting Program is a powerful web-based reporting tool that gives merchants all their account data and activity online at www.coremanagementsystem.com. Your User Name is your merchant number and your temporary password is your Federal Tax ID number (without leading zeroes).
This online reporting tool provides merchants with constant and secure access to all payment transaction information including card searches, authorizations, sales, batch history, payment history, statements, retrievals and charge backs.
Your paper statements will still be sent, but after a time, when you feel comfortable with the online reporting only, call SDRA at 1-800-658-5545 or 224-5050 in Pierre and we will notify Element to discontinue your paper statements.

The credit card industry has implemented security compliance requirements called Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI DSS to protect against cardholder data breaches.

ALL MERCHANTS (like you) MUST comply and validate compliance on an annual basis. Element makes it easy for you to validate your PCI DSS compliance. Simply visit https://pci.trustwave.com/elementps and answer a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) to validate your compliance. If you are not PCI Compliant you will be assessed a non-compliance fee of $20 per month.
